    executive in the international Human Resources field Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree combined Major Psychology Law from Carleton University and has his Certified Human Resources Leader designation CHRL Mike brings a broad range of volunteer and not for prof experience from various local organizations in positions including Board of Directors Section Chair fundraiser and mentor Cynthia MacKay Cindy MacKay is the Fundraising and Promotions Coordinator for The Orleans Cumberland Community Resource Centre Cindy successfully led key fundraising events at the Centre that resulted in record funds raised Her broad range of event planning and management marketing community and private sector experience is an asset to the Board Cindy s varied volunteer and educational experience includes work at the Carefor Day Program at the Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre She studied Psychology and General Studies at Carleton University and Developmental Service Work at Algonquin College Barbara McDougall Barbara McDougall is a consultant and Professor at Algonquin College She has 30 years of experience in marketing and sales strategies with an emphasis on new media Barbara s volunteer work in the mental health community along with her innovative approach to finding solutions for the challenges of the not for profit sector is an asset to the Alzheimer Society Sally Qing Zhang Sally Zhang has been a Public Health Nurse since 2002 working at Ottawa Public Health She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Ottawa in 2004 Sally has extensive experience in health promotion and disease prevention cross lifespan from healthy children to fall prevention for seniors Sally had worked as Registered Nurse in hospitals in both China and Singapore before she immigrated to Canada Sally has been involved with the prevention of Alzheimer s disease since 2010 especially in the Chinese community while she was the chair of the Chinese Health Resource Coalition She has served as a board member of the Alzheimer Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County since June 2014 Lynda Colley Lynda Colley is a senior policy analyst with Industry Canada at the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Before joining the federal public service Lynda practiced law as a commercial litigation lawyer in Toronto and in Ottawa She is a long standing volunteer with the Alzheimer Society in public policy work and on its Speakers Bureau Her mother had Alzheimer s disease Randy Whitcroft Randy Whitcroft is an executive with over 25 years of business development and management experience His career has been predominantly working with technology companies and since 2003 has been an entrepreneur in working with companies from all across North America He is currently the President of Syntapa Technologies and the Managing Partner of CERTnT where he is focused on helping organizations within the Not For Profit sector to attract retain and grow trust based relationships with their members and followers Randy is active within the local business community and is a regular instructor for the Carleton University Lead To Win Program and is a mentor within the
