    the art facility because once these chefs have entered the workforce the quality of their work is going to be that much better Michael Dacquisto Dacquisto Cucina Tradizionale This new campus will help revitalize the Exchange District as students bring new life new ideas and a positive energy to any area they live in Having the students live and work in the same building is a very green idea commuting is no longer a factor and they ll have access to all the necessary amenities not to mention some of the city s best restaurants I m excited to do everything I can to help make this project successful and look forward to working with RRC on building a positive environment in which the future chefs of our city can begin their culinary careers Adam Donnelly Segovia Tapas and Bar Anything to do with mentoring new chefs is always a good thing I m just excited that Red River College s Culinary Arts program has expanded so much that it warrants a new building Denise Friesen Denise et Jean Louis Catering The College really does give students the tools the basic education the knowledge and the history of cooking to move forward Having sat on the Advisory Committee since 1994 I ve seen the old Commercial Cooking and Chefs Training evolve into Culinary Arts and now to see that evolve into its own building while still gaining speed I am proud to be a part of that Terry Gereta Mise Restaurant I got my apprenticeship training at Red River College in the 1980s It was a great experience and I m happy to be able to support the instructors there It s a great idea what they re doing moving the school downtown but first and foremost it s about
