    S DoD procurements delivering over 593 million in goods and services via the Canada U S Defence Production Sharing Agreement CCC was active in 57 countries CCC also signed Memoranda of Understanding MOU with Ecuador the Dominican Republic Bermuda Honduras and Peru At the end of the fiscal year 11 additional MOU s were at various stages of negotiation with other GMAP and Americas Strategy Countries CCC worked collaboratively with other Government of Canada stakeholders including the Department of National Defence and Global Affairs Canada to develop the export component of the export component of the Defence Procurement Strategy Throughout the year CCC focused on working with Small and Medium Enterprises SMEs The result included contracts with 168 companies in 2014 15 of which 51 were Canadian SMEs CCC successfully aligned its priorities with the Government of Canada Trade Priorities The result included being active in 29 countries including the government s Global Markets Action Plan GMAP CCC s government to government contracting mechanism was successful in helping Canpotex secure a 41 3 million potash export sale to the Government of Bangladesh CCC helped Bell Textron Canada Inc secure a 106 million sale of helicopters to the Philippine Air Force CCC signed a 30 million contract with Manitex Liftking to supply six thousand low profile shipboard use forklifts to the U S DoD CCC helped Global Affairs Canada source expertise for the construction of the Tanzanian Peacekeeping Centre CCC continued to successfully operate the national electronic lotteries in Honduras CCC s presence brought transparency and credibility to the distribution of lottery revenues CCC signed over 225 million in export contracts with the Peruvian Ministries of Defense and Interior to supply vehicles aircraft military classroom training equipment and shelter systems CCC worked collaboratively with Global Affairs Canada on managing a network
