latch onto In this way the cornea implant can firmly connect with the natural part of the cornea while the center remains free of cells and therefore clear What is special about this protein is that it can survive the later thermal sterilization of the artificial cornea without being damaged as it does not have the three dimensional structure typical of large proteins Such a structure would be destroyed during the sterilization process leading to changes in the material s properties The optical front part of the implant is coated with a hydrophilic polymer so that it is constantly moistened with tear fluid posted by Allison Muri at 1 53 PM 1 Comments Parish said good to have you posting again 3 11 PM Post a Comment Home Headlesschicken Allison Muri University of Saskatchewan Previous Posts Cyborgs are Telekinetic Recording information in an artificial culture of Patents and cyborg cells Cyborgs don t have to be blind Cyborg Information stored in Neurons Congenitally blind cyborgs don t have to be blind Cyborgs don t have to be blind Cyborg Symposium MIT this May New Minds New Bo Brain implant rats and other cyberbeings Technotranscendence www cyborgblog Other Cyborg Info Wikipedia

study published in the journal Physical Review E the researchers found that they could deliberately create additional firing patterns that coexist with the spontaneous patterns They claim that these new firing patterns essentially represent simple memories stored in the neuron network To create a new memory in the neurons the researchers introduced minute amounts of a chemical stimulant into the culture at a selected location The stimulant induced a second firing pattern starting at that location The new firing pattern in the culture along coexisted with the original pattern Twenty four hours later they injected another round of stimulants at a new location and a third firing pattern emerged The three memory patterns persisted without interfering with each other for over forty hours posted by Allison Muri at 8 16 AM 0 Comments Post a Comment Home Headlesschicken Allison Muri University of Saskatchewan Previous Posts Patents and cyborg cells Cyborgs don t have to be blind Cyborg Information stored in Neurons Congenitally blind cyborgs don t have to be blind Cyborgs don t have to be blind Cyborg Symposium MIT this May New Minds New Bo Brain implant rats and other cyberbeings Technotranscendence Doctor Who Cyberman Voice Changer Helmet Toys
