    in a Workshop Q A for Participants Register for a Workshop Workshop Resources Partner with Us Q A about Strategic Partnerships Sample MOU Contact Us Regions Log in Log in Français Home News Latest News 50 Workshops Delivered 50 Workshops Delivered February 4 2015 The Joint Learning Program JLP has recently given an award to two facilitators who reached the milestone of 50 workshops delivered Jo Ann Gallen is a civilian staff member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in the Atlantic She delivered 57 workshops since 2007 the last one in November 2014 Rebecca M Davis is a facilitator with the JLP in the British Columbia Yukon Region since 2009 and she delivered 50 workshops since then the first in December 2009 She delivered the last one on December 10 She is a public servant with the Canada Border Services Agency Lynda Fortier from the Quebec Region was the first ever facilitator to give 50 workshops for the JLP She achieved this milestone between 2009 and 2012 Home About Us Welcome Objectives Guidelines Criteria and Key Principles MOU with Respect to JLP Governance Structure Eligible Organizations Frequently Asked Questions Workshops Creating a Harassment Free Workplace Duty to Accommodate Employment

    2015 The Joint Learning Program JLP recently signed two Memoranda of Understanding MOU First it renewed a MOU with the Correctional Service of Canada CSC and the Union of the Solicitor General Employees The MOU is designed to provide guidance on the delivery of the Creating a Harassment Free Workplace workshop to all CSC employees The MOU will end on March 31 2015 The JLP also signed an agreement with Fisheries and Oceans Canada DFO and the Canadian Coast Guard CCG and the Public Service Alliance of Canada the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada the Canadian Merchant Guild Unifor Local 2182 the Canadian Association of Professional Employees and the International Brotherhood of Electronical Workers Local 2228 The Memorandum of Understanding MOU is designed to provide guidance on the delivery of the Mental Health in the Workplace workshop to the DFO and the CCG employees on a voluntary basis The MOU took effect on October 31 2014 and expire on August 31 2017 A strategic partnership is an agreement between the JLP a department or agency and a union to deliver a specified number of workshops during a particular period of time This agreement is in writing in
