    These utilities are organized under the People area of Baseline CMS Through the People menu you can manage various types of website users as well as CMS user accounts Baseline CMS classifies these users by Entity Type each associated with a specific website function or task to be performed within the CMS These Entity Types include but are not necessarily limited to CMS Users Those who perform site updates using the CMS CMS User Profiles have four different levels of access Registrants Users who have created an account using the E commerce shopping cart Subscribers Users subscribed to Ebulletins Subscribers can sign up using a built in subscription form on a Baseline website or can be imported directly into the database Extranet Users Those with password protected access to a Baseline extranet or intranet Other Entity Types can be created specifically for your own organization and its needs For example you could have specialized user accounts for Clients Staff Members Association Members Contractors Directors or Sales Agents Baseline CMS management also includes other utilities for user management such as Importing and exporting user data Creating user properties for filtering and sorting Seamless integration with content management particularly web based forms

    reach its potential as more than just a marketing channel Baseline CMS is how your organization communicates with the world Under the Communications menu there are a number of effective tools for managing all types of correspondence through all of your Baseline websites Ebulletins Ebulletins are email newsletters that can be sent to your Subscribers via Distribution Groups Distribution Groups are used to target specific groups of Subscribers based on demographics or user profiles This allows you to communicate more efficiently with all of your stakeholders There are two types of Ebulletins to choose from Newsletter A full featured newsletter using Newsletter Items to aid with the layout Custom Text Only A simple text only newsletter that does not use Newsletter Items but can accept some HTML code Ebulletins have a number of settings that assist in the automation of your email campaigns Send Date and Time set a specific time in the future when the Ebulletin is to be sent out Attachments send an attached file from Storage Newsletter Items create any number of items per newsletter from four template styles easily change the order of items quickly capture content from existing Content Items or Classifications plus a number of other configurable display settings Automated email responses Baseline CMS allows you to create and manage the confirmation emails sent automatically whenever users submit forms through your Baseline website For example those who subscribe to your Ebulletin or those who register an E commerce account will automatically receive a message with their account details and any other important information that you choose to include Form content types can also include an automated confirmation email that you can set up yourself Content user comments Any Baseline website can be set up to allow users to submit comments on individual Content Items
