    Accountant designation while working with Deloitte and Touche Marnie Kiel Chief Operations Officer With 11 years of working in finance in a variety of capacities Marnie brings a unique perspective to Westpoint She has held positions within government banking and mortgage brokering Most recently Marnie was the Broker Owner for a local mortgage brokerage where she focused on commercial mortgages and arranged 121 million dollars in financing for clients She maintains close relationships with several conventional and private lenders Canada wide and is in tune with the current trends and risks within the industry Marnie obtained a Finance diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and then continued her studies at the University of Alberta earning a degree that focused on international relations and trade She maintains her Mortgage Associate license under the Real Estate Council of Alberta and holds a membership with the Alberta Mortgage Broker s Association Matt Oberle Chief Real Estate Officer Matt has a wealth of experience in all facets of the mortgage industry including positions in lending brokering and management all which contribute to the success of Westpoint His focus has been primarily in the residential sector Matt carries a broker license under the Real Estate Council of Alberta and remains active in the industry He worked for over 4 years as an Associate Broker with two different companies before starting his own brokerage which he owned for 5 years In his subsequent role as an Account Executive of an American Canadian lender he earned 1 status in sales volume across Canada Most recently his position as an Underwriter Business Development Officer for a private mortgage lender that turns over more than 80 million dollars in capital annually has given Matt a unique perspective and understanding of the mortgage industry Matt has also been
